FINIGARD 100 Series

The FINIGARD 100 Series are economical organo-mineral final finishes that provide excellent friction control, meeting a broad range of automotive specifications. Approved and used by major leading OEMs for mass finishing of multiple types of fasteners, the FINIGARD 100 Series is the leading choice for unmatched corrosion protection.  

Friction control

The FINIGARD 100 Series provides excellent friction control in the coefficient of friction range of µtot 0.12 – 0.18 together with enhanced corrosion protection for fasteners. 

Versatility

The FINIGARD 100 Series is suitable for use in barrel and rack finishing and is effective on all zinc and zinc alloy coatings.
