Reduced Ionic Strength, Lead and Cadmium Free Medium Phosphorus Electroless Nickel Proces

ENOVA RI 8712 is a lead free, bright, medium phosphorus alloy system representing an advanced generation of Electroless Nickel development incorporating innovative “additive” chemistry into a low ionic strength formulation. It has high initiation rates for brass and copper and exceptionally long lasting deposit on aluminum substrates without requirement for alkaline EN strike. More importantly, the system can be applied by existing EN process equipment.
The resulting deposit provides a more consistent color, high brightness appearance and good deposit smoothness over all solution lifespan.

Toward meeting new requirements for EN air emission and waste water regulations, ENOVA RI 8712 provides improved capability for achieving reductions of up to 50% for both demands.
