Micro – Fissured Electrolytic Nickel Plating Process

CRITERION MC 300 process is a high performance system developed to enhance the corrosion protection provided by a bright nickel deposit in a duplex or triplex nickel plating application. The process deposit creates a high degree of micro-cracks (fissures) in the subsequent chromium layer, providing for an overall deposit with superior corrosion protection.

Features & Benefits

  • Uniform micro-cracked deposit
  • Easily applied to objects with a complex shape
  • Superior corrosion protection
  • Excellent chrome receptivity
  • Meets automotive OEM specifications

Fields of application

  • Automotive exterior and interior trim and accessories

This process belongs toCRITERION LINE
