Grey – Black Palladium Electroplating Process for Barrel systems
DECOMET 700 is a slightly alkaline electrolyte, specially formulated for barrel applications. It produces a beautiful, grey – black deposit corresponding to L value of 56 that can be applied as the final layer.

DECOMET is a full range of pure and alloyed Palladium plating processes. They provide an excellent white bright deposits that are ductile and resistant to wear and corrosion.
Due to their highly decorative aspect DECOMET processes can be used as final finishing coats. What’s more, having similar reactions to Gold deposits they can also be combined with gold layers (ex. PARADOR Line) in order to reduce production costs.
Under the DECOMET brand the NF Series – a Nickel free process range is also available. It consists of very stable alkaline processes that produce highly corrosion resistant deposits
As hypoallergenic deposits they are an ideal replacement for Palladium/Nickel in nickel free applications.
