Black, Cobalt Free Trivalent Passivate for Zinc
LANTHANE BLACK 760 CF has been developed to obtain a black passivate treatment without CMR compounds on pure alkaline zinc electroplated deposits. This passivate must be used together with POST DIP 200.
The conversion layer applied in the first step is a lightly coloured matte black. In the second step, a homogeneous black surface can be obtained with POST DIP 200. These two processes are applied in order to provide high corrosion resistance.
