Coventya experiences a change to its Group Senior Management

Coventya, a global market leading supplier in the General Metal Finishing (GMF) industry experiences a change to its Group Senior Management. Dr. Thomas Costa, its founder and  CEO of  the business for 25 years, including several MBO  cycles, has passed the torch  to Erik Weyls.

Weyls joined Coventya in 2007 and has held multiple senior executive management positions most recently serving as group Chief Operating Officer.  Weyls has 30 plus years of industry experience with time being spent between Europe and America.  He will prepare the 15 affiliates worldwide for the post-Covid business environment and lead its future growth.
A full pipeline of innovative technologies like SILKEN BOND, TRISTAR 330 AF, DURATRI 240 and CASTELOX are well poised market commercialization.

Thomas Costa will help move forward an ambitious program for full Environmental Social Governance compliance and drive sustainability in the organization before retiring in the fall of 2021.
