PRIMION 240 is a new alkaline, non cyanide, Zinc process based upon Potassium or Sodium hydroxide containing electrolyte -- with excellent throwing power and a high deposition rate. A beautiful brightness is achieved at all current densities.
ZETAPLUS is our process for the acid, ammonium free, bright Zinc plating bath with excellent brightness, throwing power, levelling and an excellent metal distribution. ZETAPLUS zinc layers are very ductile, can be post-treated easily and with all conventional passivates.
ALCYON products are brighteners for low cyanide up to high cyanide Zinc plating baths. The Zinc layers achieve a beautiful brightness, good throwing power and a high deposition rate. All ALCYON electrolytes provide superior temperature stability and can be handled with low concentrations of cyanides.
PERFORMA 280 Line
PERFORMA 280 is an alkaline Zinc/Nickel process with 12 -15% for highest corrosion resistance demands. A substantial advantage is the low concentration of complexing agents and components, which could lead to product breakdown and decrease efficiency.
PERFORMA 260 is a new stable, alkaline Zinc/Iron bath with high current efficiency. The layers of the alloys contain 0.4-0.8 % of Iron, can be post-treated easily and with all conventional passivates. PERFORMA 260 shows an outstanding metal distribution and high covering power.

The FINIDIP Line includes trivalent or hexavalent finishes on zinc and zinc alloys of a black, yellow, white or green colour. They are used alone, with a POST DIP or a Top-coat of the lines: FINIGARD ZINTHIUM FOM.
FINIGARD finishes are organo-mineral Top Coats. They are designed to protect passivated and chromated Zinc and Zinc alloy surfaces with the principle of active corrosion protection and self-healing properties, even after tempering at 120°C.
ZINTHIUM FOM is a black organo-mineral Top Coat. ZINTHIUM FOM is free from Cr(VI) compounds. It is designed to protect black passivated Zinc and Zinc alloy surfaces with the principle of active corrosion protection, even after tempering at 120°C.
POST-DIP FT 190
POST-DIPs FT 190 are inorganic post-dips improving aspect, brightness and corrosion resistance of trivalent passivation films on Zinc and Zinc alloy deposits.
